- Communicating with customers, desgining occording to customers' needs. Our designers will go to the construction site to have a deep knowledge of customers needs, and draw a few preliminart sketches for customer to pick. After that, ours designer will do a 3D effect picture or CAD picture.

- Our blacksimths will imitate every single parts on his platform with the ratio of 1:1, and maybe do a little amendment depending on the technichal needs, after that he wil measure the size of materials and list the materials.

- For bulk order: only after we make standard samples for every single part can we do batch mode of production.

- For specialised product: it depends on our skilled blacksmiths' acknowledge of the product, so communication is important.

- Cutting. We do air cutting, plasma and water cutter cutting. We even do laser cutting (wich is the most expensive one) and wire electrode cutting ( which is second expensive). Of course for common stuff we use saw machines.

- Strainghten: Some materials, especially flat steel, square steel, round steel and other solid materials, need to be straightened on the anvil, so that the blacksmith can work standard and convenient, and ensure the beauty of the finished product.

- Forging and twisting of raw materials. When forging, there are cold forging and hot forging, depending on the thickness of the material and the requirements of the process, we use electric air hammer or hand hammer to smash respectively. Anvils, chisels, pliers, patterns, hammers, red furnaces, quenched buckets, grinders, polishers, vises, cutting machines, pipe benders, drilling machines, welding machines, and various "tricks" "Tools" and "Trick Platform" are essential weapons for blacksmiths.

- Assembling and checking exterior. It is very important to form a "melting pool" during welding. Welding slag should not be included, otherwise the "slag adding" is not firm and the strength cannot be reached. Cracks may occur during the welding process, the weld cooling process, and for a considerable period of time thereafter. Ordinary carbon steel is less likely to have delayed cracks, and the visual inspection should be performed after the weld has cooled to ambient temperature. The delay time of low alloy steel welds is longer. Appearance inspection must be carried out after 24 hours of welding to ensure the strength of the workpiece.

- Paying attention to exterior: remove ruster, polish and supplu iron. In terms of ruster removing, our main method is jet rust removal.

- Packaging. We use plastic film, papers and straw ropes to package our product in order to avoid abrasion in the process of shipping and installation.
